Good Morning!

Wake up! It's a beautiful day here in Portland, FINALLY. The sun is shining and today and tomorrow is supposed to be dry and sunny and maybe get up to almost 70! I may have to take out my bathing suit. Man! That is hot! Lol!

Guess what we won?!

Last night was incredible. My friend Bryan was able to score us the lottery tickets!! I was so happy! What they do is set aside 10 spots (for two tickets) and you put your name on a piece of paper for a lottery to get $25.00 tickets (the show typically sells tickets for $75 - over $100). Well, we were the 9th ones called (and thanks to Bryan for getting there early for us to put our names in)! There had to have been at least 60 to 70 people in this drawing. The show was AMAZING! I loved it so much. If you all have seen it you know the characters, right? Well, I saw so much of myself in Elphaba (the Wicked Witch). She was so sweet in this play. I bet you know why I liked her. :) She wanted to free all the animals! I felt sorry for her and guess when I actually cried a little? When the flying monkey finally spoke. LOL! I know you're laughing now. Okay, I have to admit, I did see some of myself in GA-linda. Her character really made the show though. She was hilarious! Okay, won't give anymore of it away but if you haven't seen it the production is SO WORTH seeing!! All in all it was a wonderful evening.

Today I'm off to tea and then horseback riding! Gotta take advantage of this beautiful day to get out in wilderness and ride the trails!

Hope you all have a wonderful Saturday. :)

I knew you would love it!!! Congrats!!! I hope you had a great day. I went out last night myself...to see my friend Rochelle in Silverlake. We went to a couple of cool pubs - one in the industrial part of LA - Royal Clayton's English Pub and another one in Silverlake called Stinkers - a midwestern 'themed' truck stop bar. It was interesting and cool to hang out but I'm sooooo glad I live in South Orange County where it is clean. I spent the night so we went shopping at Wacko's Toy Store today and couple of other fun places.I left early because I had to have my fix shopping at Irvine Spectrum - Anthropoloiges of course!!! I saw those tea towels you were talking about. Love them!!!
