Craving Banana Muffins...

So I had a few bananas that needed to be used ASAP. Soooo....off I went to do a search on the internet for the best banana muffin ever. Then I realized, holy mackerel there are A LOT of recipes out there. I was successful though! I found THE yummiest muffin recipe from this blog....Cat Can Cook. Of course I find it on a blog that references a cat. I adore her cat logo. :) These are DE-licious. I also have a little secret. I like leaving my bananas in chunks and not really beat them down until they look like mashed potatoes. That way, you get a surprise when you bite into them!

Hope you try 'em! I'm going to package some up to bring to my sweetie. Enjoy and have a great weekend everyone!

Dear Michelle

Oh dear oh dear, we had plans to paint after doing the house cleaning, but now we want to bake. Love how you did the photographs.

Here it is raining endlessly, which is good, dad like it because it is so romantic . . .

Stay dry and warm,

Darn, now I've got banana muffins/bread on the brain! Lol! Swear, I can actually smell them just thinking about it. I really like the idea of leaving little surprise morsels of banana vs. all mashed up. Thanks for the link too!

Yum. . I was going to make some buttermilk banana bars this morning, but may make the muffins instead. .or make both. .hubs is looking forward to that cream cheese frosting. lol (and that will leave more muffins for me!)

I like the idea of leaving some larger pieces of banana. .like you said, it is an extra treat in the mouth!
