Fresh Start

“I have always been delighted at the prospect of a new day, a fresh try, one more start, with perhaps a bit of magic waiting somewhere behind the morning...”

Quote by Joseph Priestley

I love this part of Spring. :) Hopefully my vegetables and herbs will flourish for some wonderful, savory homemade meals.

I've been thinking of doing a mini garden in my two barrels. Hope my dogs don't dig them up before they get a chance.

WOW, Your plants are so way ahead of mine! I just have little green things poking out of the dirt. Spring is the time for renewal. Let's work it, girlfriend! Hugs, Kathleen

Hello Michelle~ I was so delighted to see you strolled by for a visit.
These look promising!! You'll be adding these to your few dishes in no time. You'll have to keep us posted on their development.
I'm soo looking forward to our fruit coming into season. The raspberries will be sprouting up first.
My floral favorite are our roses, peonies and hydrangea.
I think the rain got to my lilacs, I'm hoping I can get at least one bouquet to put in the guest room for my son and dil, they're coming (tomorrow)from Seattle for a visit. They're thinking about coming back this way to live. I think they'd prefer living in Portland rather than Vancouver which I'd prefer of course. Not to mention we have a condo they could move into. I'm hoping if they cruise into Beaverton this weekend they'll stop by Beaverton Bakery and pick me up a sweet treat, lol.

Hemet is inland between Riverside and Palm Springs, where the Ramona Bowl is. It's desert...hot and hotter.

Is the Xenonormal blog listed on your profile page your blog too?

Sweet wishes,
Sara

They will grow with a bit of sun and telling them sweet nothings in their ears!
