No Horsing Around This Weekend....

And when I don't....this is what happens. It's really pathetic. Can you see me? I think that woman is going to hit me with a whip for kissing her horse. Wait, I think that's a donkey, no mule, no burrow! Lol!

But I think I may need to horse around with these. ;)

Happy weekend all!

What stunning statues! I wonder where they are?

Given a choice between the woman & those choc chips though, I know which get my vote!

Hope you have a great weekend!

Happy Weekend to you too.

The chocolate chips look good - now I have visions of Chocolate Chip cookies dancing in my head.

Michelle~ Do you have the 2008 July/Aug. issue of Victoria? The pie pocket recipe can be found there...or go way down my sidebar and under click on 'baking' under 'labels', you will find the recipe and instructions there. After several times of making them I've decided that I like to fill the pie circles with diced fresh peaches or nectarines, and thats it, no sugar, no cooking the fruit. There is sugar enough in the pie dough. And I just bake them, I do not fry them. They are my favorite homemade dessert. Though, I did eat a half of one for breakfast this morning! You will love them!!! I hope you are able to stay home for that quietness that you need. We often take holiday in our own cottage, choosing not to go anywhere but remain home. It is always so restful for my hardworking man to stay home for a week rather than travel. Except for the ocean...so serene...thats why we go so often. We are going next weekend for his birthday, just him and I (and bella). Give mocha a snuggle from me, poor girl, I will pray for her. Have you ever tried leaving peaceful music on for her while you are gone? Our Corner Pet store(where bella gets groomed) has classes on aromatherapy using fragrance and soft music in there 'pet spa'. She has used it on two abandoned malteses and it has really helped them recover to good health . xo Fairmaiden
