Guest Bedroom Transformation

Well I am in a decorating and transforming mode so I have decided the guest bedroom is going to be my victim! :) I took the huge queen size canopy bed out (since you could barely move around with that thing taking up most of the space) and added a vintage daybed. Perfect for the cats! Lol!

Ummm..apparently the cats think I made the room for them. Of course, you know I tell them yes.

See the little "Believe" sign up there? It makes me continue to believe life is always magical. :)

This is what it looks like so far. What do you think? Isn't it just magical? :)

Oh quick update on Emma. She's doing really well. I have her on prednisone pills (I think I said cortisone in my last post) for the next seven days and then we'll go in for a follow-up check.

You've done a wonderful job on creating such a peaceful 'n enchanting guest room ... I can see why the kitties think it's for them! It made me sad to read about the health issues your beloved animals have been enduring ... I'll be sending up special prayers for them, and for you as well ... Hope you enjoy the new Fall Season!

Oh so romantic! It's perfect. Your fur babies must be having a great time checking it all out. And, yes, they know you did it just for them! Hugs, Kathleen

very pretty! i've thought about removing our big bed from our guest room and putting in a smaller one like a daybed or futon or something but then i realize only one person could sleep in there then and that won't work if both my in-laws come visit, lol. I can hear my mother in law telling my father in law he has to sleep on the floor, LOL.

Greetings~ I'm finally back from my summer long blogcation.

This is such a funny coincidence....
I was going to do a post on my guest room redo. I purchased an almost identical day bed from my friend.
The funny part...I took several pictures of my kitty sleeping very comfortably on what she now thinks is her new bed. She loves her new throne.

I've enjoyed catching up. Please stop by...I look forward to the return of your company.
Sweet wishes,
Sara
