Polyvore Heaven!

Okay so I think I recently introduced you all to my newest little hobby (since I haven't felt much like crafting lately). I haven't been blogging lately either. I have been in another funk (or a bit of a depression lately) and I can't seem to snap out of it! Most frustrating! Maybe it's a mid-life crisis. ;) I've also been longing to move back home to California and be closer with my family. This is the first year that the weather here in Oregon has really affected me. I'm finding I am longing for the warmer weather and beach cities where I came from. Who knows? ;)

Okay, back to my new hobby, Polyvore! Here are a few outfits I created in the last week or so.

Also, despite this funk, I have actually started writing again! I'll keep you all updated! Hope you're all making it a great weekend. :)

You know I have never minded winter since living in Maine leaves you with no choice anyway. This year we had a pretty mild winter and the snow is already gone! It has been unseasonalbly warm (70's)up here and beyond springlike...more like summer! It has got me thinking I don't really care for winter that much after all! I am planning a perennial garden instead of watching the ice melt and loving it! It won't be long for you either but maybe you need a visit to California?? My daughter just got back from San Diego.

I love the Audrey Hepburn look. In "Breakfast at Tiffany's" she could pull herself together and look so chic in just minutes. Don't worry too much about your "funk", it will pass. Holly Golightly called them the "mean reds". Have a happy Sunday.

Love,
Susan and Bentley

I'm so sorry to hear you've been in a funk. Gray, cold weather will do that to those of us prone to SAD. I hope you'll start feeling better soon. Have I suggested vitamin D to you yet?

I'm glad to hear you're writing again! It really does help to clear out the mind.

Cute outfits. Don't you wish you owned all that!

Sorry about your funk. It could definitely be the weather or maybe because your cats have been sick.

We've had such lousy weather here too. Although the last couple days have been Spring-like before that we had a monsoon!

Belated birthday greetings to Quincy and Oliver! They are ever so handsome! Hang in there, summer is coming, better weather, new activities, and some surprises i bet. Hugs, Kathleen

Hi Michelle, I know how you feel right now. I too am in a funk. I haven't posted in a LONG while, my daughter is going through a divorce of all things! Kinda zapped my posting mood, but my grand daughter turned 8 months today, I should take pics and post about her. Get myself back in the swing of things. I logged on today and went straight to your blog knowing it would be just the thing lol. Hope you had a great Easter.

Oooh Michelle, I know how you feel...I moved to the PNW over 27 years ago, leaving Southern Cal. and my whole family behind.
I've been longing to move back too. I miss my family and the sunshine.
My health makes it impossible to travel home, so We're trying to formulate a game plan so we can (maybe) live there half year. Meanwhile I struggle through with lots of long distance phone calls. Along with an awaited summer...the weather change is always welcomed!!

Sweet wishes,
Sara
