I know it's not October yet, but....

I am getting excited about Halloween! I love decorating for Halloween and I have found at least a couple of things I'd like to make for the holiday. What do you think?

Here is my one big dilemma. Remember my pink seasonal tree? How do I transform that into a Halloween tree? Pink and white candy corn ornaments? Lol! I've seen pink and white candy corn before! Oh and I actually did spot a Thanksgiving tree on the Internet. Had a beautiful turkey on top. I might have to think about that too. :) I vowed I would get back into crafting and I'm going to start this weekend!

Michelle, you need to find an orange tree, or better yet, black! I love the idea's on your post. I hve some jack-be-little pumpkins in my yard along with baby boo's. They're so perfect for the holidays. I also appreciate your "having to get back to crafting". I've been out of commission for a while trying to get Hannah off and settling into my own personal place. It's tough. My mind isn't where it needs to be for this... HELP!

I'm sure you will find a way to work the pink tree into Halloween. I had a fall wreath, but... ahum, we won't name names here... someone laid something heavy on top of it in the attic and it was destroyed. I saw a cute door hanging in Wal Mart the other day and bought it... ahum, we won't name names... doesn't know I bought it yet :-)

Fall! Fall! Fall! Fall!

I L-O-V-E this time of year and what's coming up! Thanksgiving! Yippee!!!!! lol I love the candy corns in the candle jars! If you wanted to use your pink tree for Halloween, you could always do a fairy tree! Maybe bring in some browns like leaves and nests and whatnot to bring in Fall?

Okay, loving the candy corn in the candle holders! I can almost taste it! Oh, and did you see? I'm BACK! (But sorta flying low under the radar . . .)

Can hardly believe it's almost Fall (difficult here too with temperatures still in the 90's + extreme humidity!)

I adore that little pumpkin wreath!

As for your tree...maybe you can hang pink cotton candy on it for a web, and then attach a giant pink plastic spider to it? :>

On the other hand, you might come home and find that Quincy has eaten half of the cotton candy spider web...I can see him doing things like that. LOL!

Love the candy corn and candles idea! I too love to decorate for holidays, especially Halloween. I have more Halloween decorations than all the other holidays put together. Bring it on! Hugs, Kathleen

I own a pink tree myself, but I can't imagine how I would turn it into a Halloween tree. :) You're probably best to go with a new one. It's funny, I wrote about Halloween today, too - even though it's early. I was sharing info on a great workshop and blog party. Stop by if you're interested.

I just LOVE Halloween! I think I do just as much if not more decorating at Halloween as I do Christmas. I am having a party I hope you can join the fun!

I love the ideas you showed! I got out my fall stuff this weekend and have been enjoying putting it all up. I'm also working on some fall cards for a card swap, so I am so in the mood for autumn and of course...Halloween! I LOVE the idea of a fairy tree (from one of your readers)...sounds enchanting!
