The smell of fresh dough makes me wanna eat it raw! But alas, I won't.

wow, they look delicious!
Looks delish~ and I am laughing because we are off our diet until Monday for the first time in 2 years and one of the items on the fattening food list for the weekend is tacos! I got all the ingredients ...even lettuce (which I felt a little funny buying) as it is on our (healthy food list) every week normally! I think I like your tacos better though! Thanks for sharing the recipe.~.
Oh lucky me, I got to listen to Billie Holiday. Great singer. Great recipe too. I love mexican food, gotta try it! Hugs, Kathleen
My mom has been making something similar to these since I was a wee child. But she puts seasoned ground beef and sausage in hers.
It could be the oil in the cheese making your reheats a bit soggy because w/just the meat, they reheat (and even freeze and reheat) just fine.
Miss you!
Ilka
Okay, now I'm hungry and I just had a bowl of soup!
I lost my favorite Empanada recipe years ago, but this one could be its twin. Thanks!
