I Have A Confession To Make....

I have a dark side. Mwahahahahahha! Okay, Michelle Halloween is over. Get over it. I have this side of me that loves stories like The Phantom of the Opera or Dracula, you know where the monster is wildishly attractive just because he's a monster and dark! There is a reason to the madness of this post, I swear! I found this incredible website of the most amazing dark yet very romantic jewelry. I may have to order something. :)

Sorry for spoiling all the Christmas-y posts but I have to admit I needed a little break so I've decided to rebel for a moment. Please indulge me. :)

The website is called Raveneve and this is the page I LOVE. The jewelry is created by artist Emily Sullivan. I urge you to check out her other galleries. Her earrings are just gorgeous. I know I am going to have to order something. She seems to break her designs into five categories, Ghost, Immortal, Dream, Icon and Amulet. It's hard to say which line is my favorite but I am really drawn to the jewelry in the Icon collection.

And what I wouldn't give to wear a dress like this with her jewelry....

Hi Michelle,
First of all, love that photo of Gary Oldman as Dracula. My favorite is the scene when he's in the linen suit with the glasses saying "see me" and then the candle scene - beautiful, so I get where you're coming from!

I'm on my way to take a look at the website, I think I was just there last week and then forgot to go back (getting lost out there ;)

Just in case, I don't make it back again for a bit. Do have a Merry Christmas too!

(I'm going to be thinking Gary Oldman all day ;)

I guess we are all in love with Gary Oldman! I, too loved him in this movie. Especially (underlined) when he is in that suit & glasses. I wonder if he knows how many women would have offered their neck to him? I'm gonna have to watch that movie now. The jewelry is fabulous. Kathleen

Love, love, love that dress...the pic of the girl in the dress, the whole thing. Passionately romantic. It would be fun to wear somewhere special during the holidays, wouldn't it. I like that cross on the ribbon necklace best.
