Horsing Around Today

Just a quick, short post. Went horseback riding and came back home with a terrible migraine, too much sun and not enough to eat. Anything will set off my headaches! Ugh.

Ari finishing up a few bites of hay before the ride.

On the trail. This was actually heading back after a few broken boots that came off. We had to walk them back.

Ari getting some replenishment. It was actually kind of hot today!

Love this one! A kiss for the road.

Will write more tomorrow! Gotta lay my head down now. Hope you're all having a great weekend!

Beautiful pictures! My dil has a horse & competed in jumping.

Hope your migraine is better. Mine have gotten better with age... ☺ I always try a couple of Excedrin & a cup of coffee before I go for the prescription.

Horseback riding over the weekend sounds like you had fun! Could the migraines be due to coffee withdrawal symptoms? might help to start the sunday with a cup of coffee!!!

Great pictures! They tell how much fun you had.

I hope the headache goes away soon. I used to have the horribly. Sometimes if I took Anacin when I first felt aura the headache wouldn't be so bad.

Happy Mom's Day... you have fur babies and that makes you a mom too.

what a fun afternoon! next time you have to pack yourself a snack so you won't get so hungry which leads to the migraine. i suffer from them too and the littlest things set mine off too like not eating soon enough, not enough water to drink, too much sun, etc. now i try to keep snacks in my purse just incase- yes i know they are really ella's snacks, but you gotta do what you gotta do! LOL. a granola bar is the perfect snack when you can't get to a real meal!

Eeeeugh, migraines are the worst! Hope you feel better soon. What a shame to end a lovely day like that.
I tend to think that lavender oil on my temples and plenty to drink during the day helps me a lot, but that may just be in my mind.

Your pictures are lovely and so are the horses! I will have to show my daughter, she is ga-ga for horses right now!

Happy Mother's Day!

I hope your headache goes away soon. Those are no fun. I am not caught up on your blog again. I hope I can stay caught up better now. Have a good week.

happy mothers day to you! you are such a good mommy to those beautiful fur-babies of yours and to those at the shelter.
isn't it weird that the word verification (below) for this post is 'mominess'? how ironic is that?

Even with broken boots riding is the best. I got my horse back today, so I can start doing some riding. I will post a few pics in the next few weeks. Thanks for all your comments.
