Random Thoughts

Sunday I woke up to a beautiful sunny day with wonderful thoughts in my head and in my heart. I took just a few random pictures and as I was in the kitchen fixing my coffee and watching my small TV in the kitchen this was on. Remember Mr. Rogers? I couldn't wait to watch his show when it came on. He was such a wonderful, sweet, sweet man and I sure miss him and his show. I was excited to see that they are still playing re-runs!

Quincy ran outside to get a little sun. Ignore the camp chair (I still have not decorated my deck) and the dead plant in the back. I warned you all I'm not very good with plants.

These guys were just laying there looking all sunny and bright! I had to take a picture!

Update on Mocha. Mocha seems to be doing pretty well. She's still eating a lot. I have them all on a higher protein diet thanks to Dawn over at Vanilla Sugar! I have them on Evo and Instinct which is a good recommendation for cats with Intestinal Bowel Disease (what we think Mocha might have). Today I looked at her and if I didn't know any better it seems as if she's gained a little weight. She's even acting differently, more content, purring. I am hoping those antibiotics are doing the job! :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed though!

Happy Monday all!

Ohhh good! I think Mocha may have IBS too. Did you do more research? I learned so much about ibs and hyper-t from those yahoo group boards--I was so clueless and scared.
Nice to hear good news now...

Hi Michelle, glad your kitty is better! My daughter was raised on Mr.Rogers, and I enjoyed watching it with her. It was a very calm show and he talked to the children like they were real people-- such a good quality show. I even sing that song to people, I imagine they think I've lost it!

I'm glad your kitty is still doing better. And yes I loved watching Mr.Rogers.

I love that red and white checked cloth that your fruit is sitting on too!

I think I just realized that you live near me! :0)

Thanks for all of the nice comments! Have a great week!

Mocha looks very happy and rather fluffy. Poor girl; I hope the meds work and she's 100% this week.
