Seriously mom, was this necessary?

Yes, it was. Yes, mom needed a humongous cat book. Why? She has no idea but Quincy found the love of his life in it. Lol!

And another love....Quincy make up your mind! You can't have a harem!

On a side note, Mocha is still doing the same. I think she actually has not gained weight, though. She's still eating and drinking lots. I noticed she really dislikes Emma around her. I am wondering if I stressed her out bringing Emma into the picture. She has not liked her from day one but she makes that known whenever Emma gets around her. :( I think Mocha is just an old gal and wants to be left alone. Here she is enjoying the beautiful weather we had this weekend, 88 degrees on Sunday! Ignore the empty watering vessel behind her. It hasn't seen water in a few months, let alone today. Gee no the plants are always dying!

Ready for Monday, sort of. :)

that is a big cat book, lol! love it! poor Mocha. maybe you should see if someone can take Emma for a week or so and see if Mocha improves. If she does, then you know she's super stressed from having Emma around. poor thing. sometimes animals do that.

Well Quincy sure seems to be enjoying himself. :-)

I had hoped Mocha was feeling better. I know nothing about cats.. so no advice, just prayers.

Today our high will be around 68 degrees instead of our mid to high 80s. It is still raining a bit this morning.

Those pictures are great!!! Sorry about Mocha...but I agree with Heather. Maybe time away from Emma will improve Mocha. Have a great day!

I love the cat books!

The weather was great wasn't it!! I think you were asking where I was the other day. We live in Milwaukie. We love to visit the West Linn library, it's so beautiful!

Hi Michelle! Thanks for your sweet comments about my mosaic.

I'm getting better with the mosaic maker and I'm sure there's a better way to do this, but this works for me. I open big huge labs, mosaic maker in one window, http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/, and
Flickr in another window, http://www.flickr.com/. I upload the photos in Flickr & create a photoset then copy the code for the set. Go back to the mosaic maker and add the code to whichever mosaic template I've selected. Then hold my breathe to see if it worked... ☺ Just remember, if you're making the size on my post, it has 13 photos & the 1st photo is the center.

Once I'm satisfied with the photo mosaic, I save it in my photos & on Flickr.

Picnic & Picasa also have mosaic makers. One of these days I'll play around with them. ☺ Diane

Maybe that is what is wrong with Mocha...Emma. She just might not be adjusting to a new kitty. I think Heather's suggestion is worth trying.

Looks like you had a wonderful weekend in the great outdoors. We we're roasting here at 105 degrees! And then there was an earthquake down south, but your sis and mom probably told you that!

Awwwww it's weird how cats are so jealous sometimes. My daughter Jackie's two cats had a rough time for a few months because Snickers was full grown and then she brought a baby kitten, Spike into the picture. I saw Spike for the first time in months and he is HUGE.

After Spike got bigger, she made them share a room during the day and they somehow bonded and are great together.

Hope it all works out. :)
