I tried this recipe last year and it was delicious! I haven't had time to make any but I thought I would share it all with you since it's that time of year!
2 cups vanilla reduced-fat ice cream (softened)
1 cup fat-free milk
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice (or cinnamon and ground nutmeg)
3 tablespoons frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Pumpkin-pie spice, for garnish (or cinnamon)
1 cup fat-free milk
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice (or cinnamon and ground nutmeg)
3 tablespoons frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Pumpkin-pie spice, for garnish (or cinnamon)
Whip it all up in a blender and serve with whip and garnish!
Enjoy!
