Just a few quilting fabric ideas because I couldn't wait to start looking!

Okay, so I have NO idea how to quilt or piece together the fabric but I'm so excited about choosing the fabric! That's the fun part, right? Here are a few patterns I am seriously thinking of purchasing for my first quilt.

What do you think?

I think that I'd have a difficult time picking from what you've shown... I'm a Rooster~Lover, so that is a good choice... for when you make my quilt... ~chuckles~ ... They're all so Darling, but if I had to pick just one... Hmmmmm... how about the first one, with the yellow 'n white background and cherries?!

Thanks for the kind words about my lil Cocoa and her chocolate eating episode... Scared me, for sure, but I'm so happy to let you know that she is doing very well ♥ She had a good night and a good day... Of course, I could not Love on her enough!!

I'm looking forward to finding out what you end up getting for the quilt... Please give your fur-babies some Lovin' from me ♥ ... Hope those evil hormones take a hike!
God bless...

~hugs 'n prayers~

Michelle, I have always loved a "cherry" motif. Your great choices are almost enough to make me want to quilt. But, I just do not have the patience. Hugs, Kathleen

Michelle,
You emailed me after a comment on the Farm Chicks blog and I never saw the comment. They are always emailed to me but yours wasn't. Anyway, please accept my sincere apology for the belated response. We'd still love to do a silhouette of your cat(s) and could put them on any of our products. You can reach me at Angela@simplysilhouettes.com. Thanks!

I love the cherries- so bright and cheerful- kind of Mary E and vintage. How fun!!! I'm feeling the smae way with cross stitching right now. Enjoy!

I like them all... I'm not a quilter though. I have done a couple of small projects over the years... none which have survive my children.

If you didn't want to make a big quilt you could quilt a lap quilt or some chair pads for your kitchen chairs. A big tote bag would be nice too. I think hand quilting looks the best but if the sewing machine does nice stitching then machine quilting can look nice.

I look forward to seeing what you choose.
